WHERE ARE THE BEDS MADE: All products are made in our Ballarat factory and are licensed to carry the Made in Australia logo
LEAD TIME: Because we are manufacturers and not importers, we do not have a warehouse full of products waiting for despatch. Our beds are made to order. Our beds are so popular, we are always busy with advance orders. Our current lead time is approximately 5 weeks. Our next Sydney delivery is January 2024. Our beds are worth the wait
WHAT ARE THE BEDS MADE FROM?: Products are manufactured from furniture grade radiata pine and mdf (sealed on all surfaces) Bed & trundle slats are 90x19 radiata pine. The Elwood range is all 35mm Radiata Pine.
WARRANTY: From 1st March 2023 all products are covered by a 5 year structural warranty
MAY WE VIEW THE PRODUCTS?: We sell exclusively online and do not have a showroom. This is to keep our overheads to an absolute minimum. We offer a no fuss full money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the products
MATTRESS SIZES: Our beds are standard Australian mattress sizes. The trundle is a standard single with a maximum thickness of 12cm. We also offer a "high" option bed which will accept a 22cm thick mattress (An additional charge of $50 applies)
DELIVERIES: Your bed is delivered to your front door (ground floor) An upstairs delivery service is available (additional charges apply)
IS THE FURNITURE FLAT-PACK?: All bed heads and feet are fully assembled. All drawers and bedsides are fully assembled.
To assemble a bed, all you have to do is fit the side rails and slats. All hardware and instructions supplied.
An assembly service is available if required. The additional charge is $55 per bed. Please purchase this option from our webstore.
Upstairs Delivery - An additional charge of $75 applies. Please purchase from our webstore.
