In the most unlikely event, there is a problem with the delivery. Within the first 7 days of delivery we ask that the fault be reported. The claim should be supported by digital images.

Australian Furniture Makers will replace, at no charge any damaged items

For change of mind, please contact us within 7 days and we will collect the items and fully refund within 5 working days of the receipt of goods. Subject to the goods being returned in an undamaged condition.
