High quality product
I had some questions before purchasing this product and the team was very responsive. I ended up requesting a higher clearance bed which was accommodated. Buying Australian was very important to me and I was prepared to wait. The shipping time was a bit longer than originally told however they worked with me to ensure I had a delivery window that suited my hectic emergency services shiff working life. The bed arrived on time, the delivery staff pleasant and efficient. There was not a single scratch on the bed. Unfortunately they didn't leave assembly instructions after they assembled the bed but I don't anticipate needing to disassemble it any time soon. A pdf of this information would have been a bonus. The middle support is only anchored on the foot end so when moving the bed it does shift. I'm hopeful this is the design as there is not a screw hole near the head end. There was an odour for a few days. New paint smell. Very common in new furniture. It would be nice to have the option to have it aired out in the factory prior to delivery if the customer has sensitive airways or gets migraines. I would recommend this product and company to all my friends and family. I will occasionally be looking to see if they start making chest of drawers, dining tables and dining chairs as I would purchase from them again.
